Jr. Project Management AnalystDescription: Provide project management support to the Integrated Command & Control and Intelligence Systems (IC2&IS) Division at Webster OutLying Field (WOLF) in the initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, and closing of projects.
Ensure the accuracy of project cost, schedule, and performance data to support project and organizational decision making. Develop internal and external project status reports, identify project risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Maintain financial spreadsheets and monitor project authorized amounts, burn rates, and balances. Develop funds execution strategies, monitor financial data on labor, travel, material, and service contract transactions, and coordinate with Project Leads and internal project teams to execute project tasking. Mid Acquisition Analyst
Description: Provide acquisition support to the Joint Simulation Environment (JSE) Division at Patuxent River supporting service contract and hardware contract procurement actions.
Provide service acquisition support and develop acquisition strategies and plans by considering current and future project needs. Develop Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs) and track Procurement Requests (PRs) through Navy ERP. Support CORs/ACORs and Acquisition Cell with post award contract management across a portfolio of contracts. Support the Project Leads on managing, monitoring, and reporting on specific projects Task Orders (TOs). Determine long term acquisition and resource requirements. Provide hardware acquisition support and monitor procurements to ensure project schedules are met. Assist in translating technical requirements into acquisition documentation, conduct market research, and develop Bill of Materials (BOM) and Material Equipment Lists (MELs). Draft procurement documentation, track material from procurement planning to delivery, and provide project material tracking reports to Acquisition Cell and Project Lead stakeholders.
